Set the following module options for moescroll_advanced_16:
- 'Insert Blank Elements' set to 'Yes'
- For a vertical scroller: 'Fixed Slide Height (Vertical)' set to 'No'
- For a horizontal scroller:'Fixed Slide Width (Horizontal)' set to 'No'
