MoeDesigns policy is to not offer refunds for our digital goods. Too many people take advantage of digital goods by purchasing the product, asking for a refund for whatever reason, then using the product anyway.
If you signed up for a subscription and "meant to cancel it, but forgot", we do not give refunds for the payments that have already processed.
The only way you will get a refund, is if you request support, we look into the problem, and we are not able to remedy the situation. At that point, you are welcome to a refund and we will refund your payment instantly.
